Beginning...Middle..End

In God Bless America, Frank is infuriated at the way American citizens live their life, glorifying the media and all material things. He realizes the little significance conversations hold. His desire for peace and genuine happiness lead him to committing actions few people even envision. Despite being fired for alleged sexual harassment towards a coworker, the already existing depression reaches a climax at hearing a doctor notifying him of a brain tumor. While pondering over suicide, he experiences an epiphany: instead, he will murder those whose actions and existence have no meaning. Frank soon meets a young girl, Roxy, who shares the same perspective. They go on a "shooting spree", killing those who not "deserve" to be alive: the corrupt and selfish. Learning something about his partner, he leaves her and continues his mission. Frank visits a studio where a talent show sets, intending to kill the judges who make fun of a disabled person. The movie ends with Roxy's return for their last mission, after the authorities arrive and learning the results of the brain tumor weren't his.
The basic concept of beginning, middle and end in one's lifetime is birth, "living" and dying. Because I do not recall birth nor will I witness my death and "living" only marks the past, the only evidence I have is when I decided to end bad habits of mine and commenced/replaced them with good ones.
